Daniel Vallejo

Daniel Vallejo, born in Colombia and raised between Europe and America, he is an experienced chef who is passionate about food. Inspired due to the cultural mix of his gastronomic environment, he began his career in the hospitality industry as a dishwasher. With effort and dedication, the 19 years decided to pursue his dream of becoming a Chef. He honed his skills at the Hofmann Culinary School in Barcelona, school and restaurant awarded 1 Michelin star, Daniel acquired experience working in various kitchens and gastronomic concepts: from food trucks to Michelin star restaurants and high-end cuisine. He has led numerous successful projects, opening his first restaurant, The Marrano & Co., specialized in smoked and fire-cooked meats slow with influences from Mediterranean, Latin American, European and Asian. Daniel has reinvented himself as a private chef and specialized consultant, offering his experience to other restaurants. His passion for food and its.
