The Anchor Morning Rituals
A few simple staples we use daily on property to help guests feel grounded, nourished, and supported—especially while traveling.
A Retreat Experience You Can Take Home
At The Anchor, wellness isn’t just what happens during a yoga class—it’s how we begin the day, how we nourish the body, and how we support the nervous system through travel, transformation, and rest.
This page is a curated list of the real products we use on property. Nothing random, nothing trendy. Just what we’ve tested, loved, and introduced to guests who want simple rituals that feel good and actually stick.

Featured Morning Staple: Amazing Grass Greens (Detox & Digest)
•Quick Snapshot (bullets)
•When we use it: first thing in the morning (before coffee)
•Why we love it: gentle support for digestion + daily nourishment
•Best for: travel bloat, routine-building, low-effort wellness
•How we serve it: mixed with cold water or blended into smoothies
At The Anchor, mornings are intentionally slow, nourishing, and grounding. One of the first things we offer our guests each day is a glass of Amazing Grass Greens, mixed simply with water or added to a smoothie before coffee.
We love this blend because it supports digestion, energy, and gut balance—especially helpful while traveling, adjusting to new foods, or moving through deeper emotional work during retreat. It’s easy to drink, feels gentle on the stomach, and gives the body a “supported” feeling without being overstimulating.
This is one of the simplest habits we introduce to guests because it’s realistic. And it’s a ritual many of our guests continue once they return home.
