Dr. Christina Van Ert, DPT
Doctor of Physical Therapy, certified HypnoBreathwork® facilitator, and founder of Club Serotonin — this experience bridges evidence-based neuroscience with deep energetic work. Christina integrates the principles of neuroplasticity, polyvagal theory, and quantum energetics to help women rewire stress patterns and remember the power of their own rhythm.
Before founding Club Serotonin, Christina spent years in corporate healthcare and sales leadership, mastering performance under pressure while silently battling the toll of dysregulation. Her healing journey through breathwork, somatic integration, and intuitive intelligence led her to design a method where science meets stillness … one that helps women achieve longevity, not burnout.
Christina’s approach is equal parts clinical and cosmic, grounded in research, elevated by energy. Her sessions guide you to release what’s stored, reconnect to your intuition, and remember that your nervous system is your true source of currency.
